Membership of the Board of Directors comprises a blend of successful and experienced Professionals including Industrialists, Management Consultants, Insurance and Risk Management professionals and an acclaimed diplomat.

Chief (Dr.) Chris Ogunbanjo, OFR, CON.

He is the distinguished Chairman of the Board. A very successful Lawyer and Industrialist of repute, he has previously been Chairman to several thriving business organizations too numerous to list, while also served as Director on the Board of many companies. His business interests are multifaceted encompassing legal practice, finance and banking, manufacturing and Insurance.

Ambassador O. Ogunsulire

A distinguished Banker and Diplomat of high repute, he has served the nation in various dignified capacities both at home and abroad. He had served as Director to many companies in the Finance and Manufacturing industries.

Dr. M. O. Omolayole

An acclaimed Management Consultant and Practitioner who has served the country at various levels in several capacities both at home and abroad. He had won for himself many laurels and International recognition for his immense contributions to management development worldwide and Nigeria in particular. He had served as Chairman of Board of Directors of a number of companies as well as Director to many business houses.

Mr. Ali Joda

Of an entrepreneurial mind he has to his credit, considerate management experience acquired over the years both in Nigeria and abroad. He is presently managing and developing a chain of business concerns while serving on the Board of a number of successful companies as a Director.

Mr. Jerome FLACH (French)

He is the Head of VERSPIEREN International in France. His wealth of experience is unparalleled in the field of international market and risk management, while his business interest is well spread across the Globe.

Dr. M. F. Boulos (American)

A distinguished Scholar of high repute, he is presently the Group Managing Director of SCOA Nigeria Plc. An international manager to the core, he has extensive experience in field such as General Management, Manufacturing, Distribution, Finance and Insurance

Mr. H. H. Agbamu

Lawyer by profession, he is presently the Chairman of SCOA Nigeria Plc. He is known and respected for running enterprises to the admiration of investors as evidenced in the number of years he has served at top management and board levels.

His wealth of experience which covers a very broad and diversify range of activities at the highest level has been of tremendous value on the Board.
